Of the many factors that high school students and families consider when researching colleges, value is always one of the biggest...if not the most important! One way to get a sense of a school's value is to look at life after graduation—and for an esteemed ranking like this one.

What should I wear to an admissions interview? What materials do I need to submit with my application? How can I apply for scholarships? For all of your burning admissions-related questions, we're opening up the floor in our upcoming video chat. Here's what you need to know about it.

Feeling nervous about submitting your application? That's totally normal, but we're hoping to help by introducing you to three of our new admissions counselors. By putting a face to their names, you'll see that our admissions counselors are people, too—who happen to like home-baked potato chips, apple cider doughnuts and omelets.

There's one question we get asked often that is both easy and difficult to answer: "What are the students like?" Easy, because Siena students really do have so many things in common. Difficult, because we've got a pretty diverse group of students here. That being said, we drew up a list of 50 very carefully chosen adjectives to describe Saints.

So if you ever find yourself at Siena—either during the summer or academic year—and are looking for a quick day trip out of town, consider these cool places our Saints love to visit when they get the itch to explore.

They don't allow calculators! They make you wear kilts! Their professors are from Mars! Okay, so those are a bit extreme. But when you haven't visited a college campus or spoken directly with an Admissions counselor, it's easy to have a few preconceived notions about different colleges, based on pretty much nothing at all.
