See How Siena's Recent Transfer Students Are Doing

Posted By Jen Sloan | March 10, 2017

Just like any good hostess at a holiday party, it's important to us to know if our recent fall transfer students are having a good time so far at Siena. So, we checked in! After sending out a quick email to see how their experiences were going so far, we were pumped to hear back from over 50 happy, acclimated Saints. Think you may want to switch schools and join us, too? Here's what some of them had to say.

transfer.jpg"Everything is going great! I attended orientation, which really helped with the adjustment. Classes are going well and I am settling in nicely!" -- Alyssa R.

"I genuinely love it here. Having a little bit of sensory overload as I wasn't aware how career focused everything was going to be (in a good way)." -- Adam M.

"I love being here at Siena and I'm really enjoying my classes! I've met a lot of nice people, and the professors are very kind and helpful. I'm excited that I'll be here for the next couple of years!" -- Josh J.

"Things are going well! Classes are good and I can see the difference in the schools already! Very happy that I made the switch!" -- Chris D.

"All of the professors and faculty that I have talked to here have been so amazingly helpful. I have been to Siena Hall 215 twice already for simple questions about dropping/adding courses, as well as for some general advice. Having a place like that on campus has already helped me a lot so far!" -- Payton H.

"Everything is going really great! I like all of my classes so far and my roommates are awesome." -- Symone S.

"Siena is treating me well, and so far, everything is good! I'm happy with my classes, and the instructors seem to really love their subject areas, which is good for the students!" -- MIchael C.
